By October of 2006, The Meadow began selling salt wholesale to early adopters, like James Beard Award winning chef and restauranteur Gabe Rucker, James Beard Award winning chef and restauranteur Naomi Pomeroy, and James Beard Award winning chef and restauranteur Vitaly Paley.
